After you have limited out on the finned bounties of the “West Coast”, try prawning, collecting oysters, or crabbing to while away the time.  All are available within a short distance of the Nook.

You can join the group sitting around the fire pit and swap tales of “the one that got away”.  You might even pick up a tip or two on how to get a “Tyee” sized Spring.

A trip to Bamfield or Pachena Bay is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon.

Kids love to fish off the docks and swim off the beach at the campground.   Adults seem to like to join the kids especially at the dock.

You could simple relax in your campsite with a good book, watch the eagles soaring overhead, or have a sleep in readiness for your next adventure with lines in the water.
